1. Newspaper Subscription

• Cancellation:

  • Print or digital newspaper subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase by emailing jaigurudev0001@gmail.com with your subscription details.

  • Cancellations requested after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds:

  • If you cancel within the eligible period, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within [7–10] business days.

2. Jain Community ID Cards

• Non-Refundable:

  • Payments for ID cards are non-refundable once the application is processed, as the card is custom-issued and linked to community benefits.

  • If an application is rejected due to incomplete or inaccurate information, we reserve the right to deduct administrative charges before any partial refund.

3. Event or Special Services

• For any special events or additional paid services, cancellation and refund eligibility will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. If no specific terms are provided, those payments are considered non-refundable.

4. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

• Please allow [7–10] business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
